Moose calls itself The Alpine Spirit, and has been made with all manner of ingredients you'd love to enjoy after a long day exploring the wonderful scenery, including chilli, coffee, maple syrup, mint, pine, gentian and nettle. Suitable for enjoying in the winter (perhaps in a hot chocolate) or in the summer (in a variation of a Moscow Mule).
Sweetness of the maple syrup sits up front, with spearmint and chocolatey coffee following on. Enjoyably bitter and herbaceous on the mid-palate, with a prickle of pepper.
This makes a mean Old Fashioned with bourbon , we tried with Bulleit. Makes it very interesting with the maple and chilli along with the whisky. Seriously good stuff
We were sent a cocktail box by a friend and love the stuff, so bought a bottle here. Great product, all the family love it - thanks master of malt
First tried this at the Moose bar at the Big Feastival 2019 in a Moose Mule. It was delicious!
I recognised them at winter wonderland as I’d been wanting to try it for a while. They gave us a free drink each and some tasters, customer service was top class! Drink is even better! The hot apple moose is an absolute must in winter
Was at winter wonderland. The owner gave me a few tasters and can’t thank him enough. This drink is lovely. I don’t have anything with it just on its own with ice and it’s delicious. Well done for making this drink !! My wife just gave me a bottle for Xmas happy days
