Moose calls itself The Alpine Spirit, and has been made with all manner of ingredients you'd love to enjoy after a long day exploring the wonderful scenery, including chilli, coffee, maple syrup, mint, pine, gentian and nettle. Suitable for enjoying in the winter (perhaps in a hot chocolate) or in the summer (in a variation of a Moscow Mule).
Sweetness of the maple syrup sits up front, with spearmint and chocolatey coffee following on. Enjoyably bitter and herbaceous on the mid-palate, with a prickle of pepper.

They did our Christmas party on ZOOM and made my week. Loved the cocktails, recommend the MOOSE Mule, so refreshing and yummy. Website has all the recipes for the cocktails they recommend.

MOOSE is awesome! I love mixing different cocktails with MOOSE - it’s a truly unique spirit, it tastes amazing and is a must-have in the drinks cabinet. The fact that they plant 10 trees for every bottle they sell is the icing on the cake!
Had one of their pink Martinis with MOOSE and loved it so much I immediately tried to buy it. Bit more expensive than I’m used to. Can you sell smaller more affordable bottles? Great drink
A very unique taste not really for me not sure what it should be drank with but the normal mixers didn't work at all.
