Moose calls itself The Alpine Spirit, and has been made with all manner of ingredients you'd love to enjoy after a long day exploring the wonderful scenery, including chilli, coffee, maple syrup, mint, pine, gentian and nettle. Suitable for enjoying in the winter (perhaps in a hot chocolate) or in the summer (in a variation of a Moscow Mule).
Sweetness of the maple syrup sits up front, with spearmint and chocolatey coffee following on. Enjoyably bitter and herbaceous on the mid-palate, with a prickle of pepper.
Unlike anything else. Best described as some strange combination of Finnish tar liqueur, maple syrup, and Drambuie, with one of those red and white American mints.
MOOSE Mule is my favourite cocktail, very refreshing. For a stronger post dinner drink, try the Cuban Moose.
This makes banging old fashioned cocktails, used maple syrup instead of a sugar cube - so smooth
Tried this in the Alps, pleased to see I can find it in the UK. Loving their new summer cocktails!
Vile. The people who manage the distribution put me off almost as much as the displeasure of drinking this. Moose? Moose urine more like!
