A superbly fruity Belgian apéritif, made with a base of fortified chenin blanc wine, fortified with distillates of apricots and Amalfi lemons, supported by additions of lemon verbena, thyme, and almonds. It's a flavoursome treat sipped neat over ice, and would make a superbly refreshing Spritz topped with tonic or soda.
