Those clever chaps at Maraska sure know how to put together a top notch Cherry Brandy. As with their other cherry concoctions, they use a type of cherry called Marasca to make it. Wonderfully deep flavour, rich with enough cherry goodness to make you say "Goodness me!"

I picked this up, by chance, because I needed something for my Christmas Cake recipe. This went amazingly well, and what was left, was drank (mostly) neat, and went down beautifully. I would give 5 stars, but for my palette, it was a tad too sweet, for drinking neat (my preference). Perfect for cocktails and baking, though.
Deep, rich, beautiful, robust, rounded cherry flavour and a decent ABV. This has gone straight to the top of my Cherry B chart. Great in cocktails.
