Licorera Ancho Reyes
The folks behind the marvellous Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur have only gone and create a green chile variant! The use of green chili brings and earthier, more vegetal spiciness to the flavour profile (compared the to sweetness/spice juxtaposition of the original recipe), which lends itself to being used in gin-based cocktails as well as tequila and mezcal-based tipples.
Earthy warmth paired with white pepper and cinnamon heat. A subtle sweetness of lime. Layers of authentic green bell pepper and agave notes.

In combination with Worchestershire sauce we add around 15ml or so to a Bloody Mary or Red Snapper and it brings about a different complexity of spicyness to the drink... It has gone from a Tequila/Mezcal stable mate to being a great companion to other spirits in our stock.
Goes right in with St Germain and Italicus as part of the bartenders array of condiments!
Fabulous in a Tommy's Margarita! And don't even bother with the vodka in a Bloody Mary, just put a double shot of this in and oh-la-la.... superb!!! Best Bloody Mary EVER!
I use this green chile one at the bar I work at, we use it in a spicy margarita and it’s great. I like the earthiness of this liqueur, has a great hit of sweet following the spice
