Vanilla and coffee make a great combo, and the folks at Labourdonnais in Mauritius have taken it a step further by adding pure sugar cane rum to the mix! Estate-grown coffee and vanilla are allowed to macerate in the rum, resulting in a delightfully decadent liqueur. Great sipped neat over ice, it'll work wonders in a twist on an Espresso Martini.
