Roasted coffee grains have been gradually macerated in the Rhumerie de Chamarel's terrific Mauritian rhum agricole to produce this fine liqueur. Pour over plenty of ice for the perfect serve or use for creating some rich, comforting cocktails.

I think something must be wrong with the bottle I got. I drink rum regularly, and coffee multiple times a day, and this literally has no taste of either. It has a weird stale aniseed flavour which drowns out all other tastes and is quite unpleasant
I first tried this in the distillery in Mauritius and have been looking for it ever since - its absolutely delicious.
Serve it in a small liquor glass straight from the freezer for an indulgent treat at anytime...why wait until after dinner...
I came across this when I visited the rhumerie in 2013. Tasted the entire range but when I got to this one I was hooked. It's fantastic, and yes, I have actually drunk it at breakfast time. Great treat...
I was lucky enough to be in Mauritius a few weeks ago and brought back with me the coffee and vanilla liqueurs. Sadly, the price here is very high to what I paid at the rumerie; one of the highlights of my trip it has to be said. That aside, it makes a very special present for someone or just a treat for yourself. Enjoy people :)
