When scouring the recipe books at La Maison Fontaine's Pontarlier distillery in France, the company happened upon a 1920s recipe based on crème de cacao and various absinthe botanicals. The result is Chocolat - an very unusual liqueur.
Rich absinthe (wormwood) flavour. I use it a lot at my bar when customers ask for something special. Guys love it. Definitively a unique liquor.
