Joseph Cartron uses peaches grown on the slopes of the Hautes Côtes de Bourgogne and macerates them for 10 to 12 weeks, to allow all of the desired aromas from the fruits to be extracted, resulting in a gorgeous Crème De Pêche De Vigne. Splashed over ice, this is a perfect summer evening quaff.
Tried many but this is the best. Not too sweet.
