Isolabella
Isolabella Amaro 18 takes its name from the 18 herbs used to create its traditionally bitter flavour profile. A classic of the Italian Amaro world (we've even had antique bottles of Isolabella 18 before...). A top after-dinner refreshment served long with soda water, ice and a lemon wedge.
My all times favorite drink, if you can find it! Do the cocktail like this: Schweppes [no substitute] tonic water over ice cubes, slowly add 1-2 oz. AMARO 18, squeeze a wedge of lemon [no lime] and enjoy your summer!
