Discovered on a lengthy night visiting these great bars in Avignon. Much less cloying than traditional crèmes de menthe and great first after-dinner conversations well into the night. Be careful though, this so delicious and seemingly alcohol-free that one can end up a lot more "relaxed" than planned!
I first discovered this drink in France several years ago. Served with Ice it is a favourite at all dinner parties to end the meal. Excellent pallet cleanser and very refreshing.
