An aperitif-style liqueur from Bols and its marvellous Galliano range. This expression is made with a host of lip-smacking citruses and a medley of herbs and spices, making for a brilliant, enjoyably bitter cocktail ingredient. Negronis, Boulevardier, all sorts of classic cocktails are just waiting to be made!
Bright orange, hints of red berry tartness, all balanced by hints of cinnamon, anise, and mint leaf.

This is a little bit more jammy and has vibrant zestiness I prefer it over Campari. It works well in a Mescal Negroni
I had no idea a Galliano bitter aperitivo existed and it should be better known. As if Campari and Aperol had a love child with extra honey. It's more a deep amber colour than red and has nice, dark notes. I think this may become a staple in my cocktail cupboard and next summer will be drunk long and cold in the garden.
