This iconic, brilliant red Italian aperitivo combines juicy, bittersweet Amarena cherry with bitter 'chinotto' orange and a variety of citrus for a complex and balanced serve. Naturally coloured, and at 21% ABV, it's fabulous splashed with soda as an aperitivo, it also makes a great addition to all cocktails calling for bitter liqueurs!

Good in exactly the way you'd expect a cherry-forward bittersweet aperitivo to be, with a nice balance between the fruity and toasty sides of cherry-ness. Definitely leans toward the sweet side of bittersweet, so a conservative pouring hand is recommended.
