An Irish cream liqueur, Coole Swan is made using fresh cream from Ireland, Irish single malt whiskey and Belgian white chocolate. As you'd expect, it's suitably velvety and sweet, though none of that cloying sweetness to be found here! You'll definitely want to have this one chilled.
