A special cold filter method is used to get the most out of those beans, and a house recipe Fair Trade certified sugar syrup ensures less sugar content than standard. The liqueur is built upon a winter wheat grain spirit, grown and distilled in Yorkshire, and selected for its gently warming, sweet, and smooth profile.
