This liqueur has been made with brandy distilled from English Chardonnay grapes, which is then combined with honey. The result is a silky sweet liqueur, with rich notes of dried raisins, along with subtle vanilla and spices. A delightful after-dinner sipper, this will also make a great ingredient for cocktails.
Tried a sample at a good fayre in Broadway then bought a bottle. So enjoyed it that we are on our second purchased from Master of Malt. Will continue to buy as it's very enjoyable.

This is the third bottle of Caru I’ve bought since August. It’s truly stunning! The quality is amazing and I drink it over ice with a slice of orange but also had soooo much fun using it in lots of different cocktails. Highly recommended as a treat for yourself or a gift for a drinks lover! 10 out of 10!

I can't recommend this enough after first trying it at a Christmas market in Cardiff. I bought a bottle as a present for myself! It's so delicious on its own, over ice, but I have also since tried a few of the cocktail recipes the lady who sold it to me has put on the Instagram page. Really yummy! The branding and story behind it are also adorable (Caru means 'love' in Welsh) which made it the perfect valentine's gift for my partner this year!
