Café Solo PX
Launched in December 2024, Café Solo PX is the world’s first Pedro Ximénez Sherry (PX) cask-finished coffee liqueur. The sherry cask adds plenty of decadent, sweet layers. It can be enjoyed over ice or to elevate coffee cocktails like the Espresso Martini. Happily, we've got a recipe below.
Café Solo PX-Presso Martini
Ingredients:
60ml Café Solo PX Cask
30ml Vodka
30ml Espresso
Method:
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a coupe glass and enjoy!
