Bruadar is a liqueur made from single malt Scotch whisky with Scottish honey and sloe berries, and this edition has been treated to an additional infusion of spice! It can be enjoyed neat, over ice, or used in cocktails or even desserts. The brand actually enlisted Stephen Mutty from Lyaness Bar in London and Jack Jamieson (@scottishmixology) to design a series of Bruadar cocktails, which typically use the same local honey to showcase the importance of our fuzzy friend, the humble bee. Bruadar's honey actually comes from beehives on site, more environmentally friendly and also super convenient.
A delicate sweetness accompanied by subtle berry and herbal notes, leading to a finish that is both rich and lightly spiced.
