Took a chance on this and loved it … so much so that I’ve just ordered another two bottles for Christmas. It’s a grown up version of a well known cream liqueur, thicker and darker. Hubby prefers milk chocolate but still loves it (hence the two bottles!), whereas I love a good dark chocolate. It is sweet but not overly sickly
It is like a dark Hershey bar, melted with a smooth liquer in it!

Beautiful liquer. A lovely chocolately consistency Beautiful liquer. Lovely dark chocolate consistency with a kick. Took the bottle on a girly weekend and everyone loved the taste and asked where I got it. I love the Bottega bottle as well.
This is absolutely amazing-It is like drinking rich smooth dark chocolate. It is so smooth I'd say it is like drinking milk chocolate, because milk chocolate tends to be smoother but it is definitely the taste of dark chocolate and it is not a cream base. Very hard to describe. I've never had anything quite like it. It is just like liquid chocolate-thick as though it were a mousse that you drink. Maybe it is illegal and that is why it is so hard to find. What is with this producer? We can't get this at all in the US and now that i've opened the one bottle I have, looks like it is sold out at Mast of Malt. Please say you are getting more in. I wish it came in a larger bottle. I love the fact that it has low alcohol content.
