
Beesou is a bitter aperitif made with natural botanicals and balanced by a delicate touch of sweetness from an infusion of ethically sourced British honey. The bitter, rootsy notes of cinchona, chinotto, bitter orange, and pink grapefruit combine with mellow honey sweetness for a splendid bitter/sweet ratio, with a vibrant yellow hue from an infusion of safflower extract. This works a treat in a classic Spritz, garnished with pink grapefruit, and the folks at Beesou have come up with a twist on another classic cocktail, naming it the Beegroni! Simply combine equal parts Beesou, gin, and white vermouth with ice and garnish with a twist of grapefruit. Beesou has also advised us that 10% of profits are donated to the international charity Bees for Development!
