I was encouraged to revisit this spirit by Henry Chevalier Guild from Aspalls. Try it with bitter lemon, he said. He was right: it's a great alternative to a G&T. Herbal and delightfully bitter, it's also in the same ballpark as another excellent product on this site, the wonderful 'Kamm & Sons' ginseng spirit.
