Bols Strawberry Mojito

Ingredients

60ml White rum

15ml Bols Strawberry Liqueur

20ml Sugar syrup

4 Fresh lime wedges

8-12 Fresh mint leaves

Soda water to top

Method

1. Muddle limes and mint, and add crushed ice, rum, strawberry liqueur, and strawberries.

2. Stir and top up with soda water.

50ml Bols Pink Grapefruit

25ml Lime juice

10ml Sugar syrup

Dried grapefruit slice

Method

1. Shake all ingredients with ice.

2. Fine strain in a pre-chilled martini glass and garnish with a slice of dried grapefruit.
