The Jack Daniel’s Bonded Series
Jack Daniel's Bonded Rye
To qualify as Bottled-in-Bond, a whiskey must come from a single distillery, and a single distilling season, aged in a government-bonded warehouse for a minimum of four years, and bottled at least 100 proof (50% ABV). The bottles in this impressive series tick all of those boxes, let's take a closer look!
A look at the range
As long as they stick to the rules regarding location, distilling season, ageing, and bottling strength, distillers can still explore a wide array of whiskey styles and mash bills.
Jack Daniel's Bonded Rye
Bonded Rye is made with a mash bill of 70% rye, 18% corn and 12% malted barley. Like the classic No. 7, this is filtered through charcoal after distillation and aged in new American oak casks. If you like a big spicy flavour in your cocktails, then you've come to the right place.
Tasting Notes

More from the Bonded Series
As long as they adhere to the stipulations, producers can produce an array of different whiskey styles and label them as Bottled-in-Bond.
