This grappa from Distillati Capovilla is made from the marc produced in the making of Brunello di Montalcino wine. The wine itself is made with Sangiovese grapes, and the resulting spirit boasts plenty of bright fruit notes alongside a subtle baked earth dryness.
Raisin and strawberry, balanced by black peppercorn, baked earth and toasted almond.
