A no nonsense hand blown glass from Australian designers Denver Cramer and Liely Faulkner that's a cross between the tumbler and the tasting glass (or a snifter).
Can't wait to gift them to my other half! I hope he loves them as much as I do!
This is a really good glass. Sits well in the hand, the shape is ideal for smelling your tipple.
My twin aims are to find the best of whiskeys (Irish) /whiskies (other); and the perfect whiskey glass. After long searching I have now found the latter in the D&L whiskey glass that a friend brought me back from Australia. It just has everything needed to take and open out a whiskey and allow its special qualities to be savored. As indeed, just now, as I write this. A very big thank you.
I have both the glencairn and Denver & liely, but d&l beats glencairn in my humble opinion. My missus shares the same opinion
