Chase Oak Cask-Aged Sloe Gin
For this rather decadent Sloe Gin, Chase macerates Herefordshire sloe berries along with some mulberries in its own Chase GB Gin. Following that, the spirit is allowed to rest in Rhône Valley red wine casks, helping bolster the rich dark fruit notes.
