1837 Gin 50cl

A distinctive and aromatic gin vapour-infused in a copper alembic still with juniper, citrus, thyme and nettle. It’s also got a conscience, having been launched to coincide with National Hospitality Action Day to raise awareness of the challenges faced by the sector over the course of the pandemic. The distillery behind its creation is the Wild Knight Distillery in Norfolk, who created the spirit in partnership with chef and Hospitality Action ambassador Charlie Hodson. Serve with tonic and garnish with orange and fresh thyme.
