The second release from the Isle of Colonsay-based Wild Island Gin range is their Sacred Tree expression. Boasting a big bunch of botanicals, with a particularly generous portion of lip-smacking autumnal fruits including brambles, redcurrants, rosehips, elderberries, rowan berries and crab apples.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Spicy cassia and drying juniper make a base for the splashes of juicy berry sweetness. A subtle citric tang joins in, too.
