Whitley Neill bottled at 43% abv (previously 42%). A London Dry Gin made with African botanicals including extracts from the Baobab Tree (known as the Tree of Life) and Physalis fruit. It's made in a one-hundred-year-old copper pot still!
Very spicy and rich. Juniper upfront, with hints of perfumed, coriander leaves, calves leather and citrus.
Thick with cassia bark, cut herbs, acacia honey, exotic spices and citrus.
Long finish with spice and zest.
I have to say we didn't pick up on any exotic quality but this was a very good, delicious gin that we enjoyed with several kinds of tonic and other mixers, will order again. Superb.
Quite a ginny gin but a lot of extra character with the exotic flavours. It is smooth a beguiling neat. Good with tonic but seems a waste. Love it. Great for the price.
By chance we bought this at the store in search of a new kind of gin and we just love it! It is a very strong flavoured hin with character. Maybe it’s like swearing in Church but we actually made a white lady of it and it was just amazing! Try it! But dont forget the sugar on the rim of the glass. That was the ”cherry on Top”
Got this as Birthday gift.....and it's my new favourite! Have it with Fever Tree tonic & slices of orange....gorgeous! Would definitely recommend!
I went to the food and drinks festival at Southport this morning. I don't drink but was impressed by your wide range of gins on display. Shame the girls representing your products were too busy 'taking selfies' in preference to taking time to pay attention to customers. I bought three miniature bottles for one of my daughters, but had to interrupt the girls to purchase them. However I think by your reviews you have a brilliant product that looks attractive ,and by all accounts tastes divine.
