Inspired by the White-tailed eagles which nest close by to its distillery on the Isle of Mull, Whitetail Gin is made using a selection of botanicals native to the island. This includes pine needles, heather and sea-kelp from shores of Loch Scridain. It's distilled at the family home on Mull, which is the Isle of Mull’s first new distillery in over 220 years, which is pretty cool if you ask us.
Oh, and we couldn't let you leave without a fun fact: White-tailed eagles are the UK's largest bird of prey!
Soft though spicy, with a touch of coastal air from the sea-kelp. Juniper is robust enough to take control from the maritime elements throughout.

I bought this gin mainly on the strength of the reviews and the botanicals that it contained and find it quite disappointing. Although smooth, it is bland and has a vaguely unpleasant oily aftertaste.
