Inspired by the folklore of north Wales, Welsh Witch Gin is made with a host of botanicals which includes locally foraged gorse flower, as well as Welsh water. Interestingly, it's also left to rest for a full moon cycle, which certainly sounds like something that could have been influenced by folklore...
Fruity citrus and crisp juniper, with a delicate minerality and floral freshness.
Very drinkable, nice subtle flavours that come through and very refreshing
