This elegant expression from Henley Gin combines the delicious flavours of orange zest and rhubarb, for an enjoyably tart and tangy profile. Fab splashed in tonic with a good twist of orange peel, and we can imagine it working rather well mixed with ginger ale, or cloudy apple juice too.
Zesty orange peel and citrus oils lead to a warming core of juniper, and tart layers of pressed rhubarb.

I love this gin!! Unlike so many pink gins that are super sweet this one is much drier and tastes like a proper gin. You can really taste both the orange and the rhubarb and it’s delicious with a ginger ale if, like me, you do really like tonic.
