Navy strength gin from the Dyfi Distillery in Wales, built around a combination of coastal botanicals and exotic spices. Once distilled, the gin is rested in an ancient Madeira barrel before being bottled at 57% ABV. With a powerful flavour profile showing off a balance of sweetness and savoury elements, this stuff is incredibly impressive indeed.
Earthy and slightly oily juniper, a touch of sharp grape juice, sea salt, pine and citrus peels.
