The folks at Islay's Bruichladdich distillery have treated its Botanist Islay Dry Gin to a little rest in oak casks here! Aged for at least six months, the gin has taken on delicately sweet notes of buttery oak and spice alongside the vibrant botanicals at its core.
Soft and silky, with delicate woody spices, oily juniper, fresh, floral herbs and citrus.
