Cardinal Gin Barrel Rested
North Carolinan cask-aged gin here from Southern Artisan Spirits, featuring a selection of 11 botanicals. This one's got plenty of cask influence, with up-front vanilla and caramel-coated nut notes alongside herbaceous juniper and floral elements.
Please note: Sadly the labels of this gin suffered some damage on the way to us.
