Apple and caramel has long been a winning combination, especially in the autumnal months. However, while that fantastic flavour combo has been dutifully recreated in all manner of puddings, it has been missing from the world of drinks for far too long. Luckily, the Solway Spirits folks have recognised that and created their very own Apple Caramel Gin!

Absolutely delicious. You can taste the apple and caramel but it’s supple and you still know it’s gin. It’s not sweet like fruit gins, which suits me fine.
