A pink and fruity expression from Sky Wave, the Raspberry & Rhubarb Gin takes the classic Sky Wave recipe and introduces the addition of home grown Oxfordshire rhubarb and ripe raspberries. The fruits impart the striking colour and summer fruit sweetness, while the gin still manages to remain a complex tipple.
Summer fruits burst onto the palate, with a hint of tartness, alongside fresh and light juniper and citrus.

Absolutely delicious. Not as sweet as I’m use to but wonderful flavours!!
I was surprised and delighted by this gin. To be honest, I was hesitant. I don't like sweet 'gins', gimmicky fruit drinks for over-18 kids! This, however, is a proper gin. The juniper is still there, despite the gorgeous fruit flavours. I wasn't disappointed. A great flavoured gin to mix with a premium tonic.
