Silent Pool Black Juniper Gin is made using black juniper and other rare botanicals inspired by the culture of the Himalayan Kingdom of Bhutan. This type of juniper thrives in high altitude climates, and is collected by skilled local foragers. In this gin, the black juniper is gently smoked with agarwood, with cloud tea joining, all as a nod to local tea rituals. One for the gin connoisseurs, this is a superbly complex and balanced gin, with layers of perfumed spice, delicate smoke, and bold juniper.
Fragrant and complex, with earthy juniper, wisps of soft smoke, and floral notes of jasmine and tea leaf. Hints of cardamom, resin, and sandalwood linger beneath.

This is excellent. A gin to be sipped, as opposed to mixed. Smooth, creamy texture, very little burn. Complex and it continues to reveal flavour upon flavour.
