Shooters Gin is produced by Penny and David Connor in their small artisan distillery in Sale, Cheshire. This London Dry gin is distilled in their still Ethel, and the 12 botanicals include bilberry leaf, hibiscus, liquorice and lemongrass. After, it is blended with water from an underground natural reservoir in Lancashire, giving it a wonderfully smooth quality. This gin is practically made for a G&T, though don't skip on a wedge of pink grapefruit garnish.
Boasting fresh, floral notes with slightly sweet undertones, a zesty citrus burst with peppery spicy undertones and a smooth, dry finish.

Tasted this at a gin tasting at Metrovics Rugby Club on Saturday. Out of the 5 we tasted this came out top. I love the bottle and the fact it is very local.
