Enjoyably spicy stuff, with enough citrus lift to stop it from becoming overwhelming. We reckon it'll do particularly well in a Negroni...
Peppery juniper with a touch of forest floor earthiness, bright orange and lemon, liquorice growing on the mis-palate, with a touch of menthol later on.
This is the pick of the bunch from this terrific new Distillery in my view. Clean, crisp beautifully balanced and at 45% just the right amount of bite too. Don’t spoil it with a fussy fever tree or similar tonic but go traditional. This Gin’s got everything it needs already.
