The guys at the Sacred Spirits Company have created this festive themed (and slightly insane)gin. They've taken high quality English grain spirit and infused an 8kg Christmas pudding in it for two months, before re-distilling it to produce a transparent, Christmas pudding flavoured gin. Mad, but we love it!
An aroma of juniper and dried fruits entices the nose, followed by a real Christmas pudding flavour on the palate with even a suggestion of the texture too (although this might be perceived by association). The finish is long and creamy with further notes of dried currants and spice.

The most gorgeous gin, with amazing aromas and flavours of Christmas. It’s not a liqueur and certainly isn’t one of those tacky flavoured gins...elegant and refined. A perfect Christmas treat.
