Akin to Freya Birch Spirit, Freya Birch Gin makes use of an intriguing ingredient to make its base - wild birch tree sap! The spirit is redistilled with a selection of botanicals to complement the spirit, including juniper, Seville orange, coriander, lime, chive, almond and even a hint of horseradish!
Fragrant and floral with hints of orange blossom arriving first, then delving into oaky warmth and crushed peppercorn spice. Crisp and flavoursome.
