This Oak Aged Spiced Gin from the Mallorca Distillery's Palma series was initially a limited release, but was so popular they decided to make it a permanent addition! For this expression, the original Palma Gin is aged in Mallorcan oak barrels which previously held local wine, and vanilla, cinnamon and clove are added to the spirit while it rests in said barrels. A super complex gin that we reckon would make a fab addition to a Negroni.
Aromatic baking spice and dried fruit, with hints of orange, sweeter vanilla and tannic oak, with a suggestion of red grape skin.

Not sure about this one. It's not unpleasant but maybe that's me. I might not be drinking it right. I normally prefer gin with tonic - one to one with ice, and this was a bit medicinal. Maybe I should have stuck to the standard London Dry variety.
