Orkney gins are just everything a good gin should be. Beautifully smooth and balanced, perfectly drinkable neat without the harsh alcohol burn, and well balanced flavours. My personal recommendation for a straightforward gin is this paired with Fentimans Sicilian Orange tonic with a wedge of orange squeezed in and as garnish. Wonderful at any time of year.
