Öreg Old Tom Gin 70cl

The folks at Öreg Gin used an array of traditional botanicals for the beginnings of this Old Tom. However, they then took things in a different direction, with the inclusion of strawberries! After distillation, more strawberries were infused in the gin for several weeks, imparting a wonderfully fresh, fruity profile. A dash of sugar balances the tartness, making this an ideal sipper mixed with tonic, or cloudy lemonade.
