All the way from Penzance, Öreg Cornish Dry Gin boasts 14 botanicals, inspired by the cycle of the seasons. Elderflower and lavender bring summery notes while pine and orange represent winter. Thai butterfly pea flower also makes an appearance, giving the gin its purple colour and is also responsible for its colour-changing properties!
