A London Dry Gin made with botanicals from along the traditional spice route that led back to the UK. Indonesian Cubeb berries, Indian black pepper and Moroccan coriander are all used in this gin, launched by Quintessential Brands in 2013.
Coriander and citrus, gentle juniper and peppery notes.
More discernible spiciness and juniper with plenty of coriander.
Refreshing with citrus and spice.
A handsome gin that's playfully spiced.
Bought by my neighbour. Usually have tanquery 10.. this was lovely. Wouldn’t pay £28 for it but would definitely drink again
I love this gin. I understand why others may not though as it is very different. Coriander forward and I also get cardamom. Makes a mean dirty martini though.
I love to drink gin and love to discover and try new ones. I bought a bottle of this gin last year and.... I couldn't drink it. At first when i saw the notes i was very excited as I love to eat Indian food . But this... Honestly. I canot drink it. I just feel like drinking someone's sweat... It honeslty reminds me of someone who sweat a lot....Not pleasant... I love cumin and coriander , I love spices but this doesn'tt work at all. I tried to mix it with so many things. ... tried to do cocktails.. That taste is still there . So strong. And stays in my mouth. The cumin is way too poweful but just smells and taste wrong for a gin ... Im very disapointed with this gin. Shame as i liked the branding an the logo. They need to to change the recipe .
My favourite Gin by some distance. Exotic and exciting, love it!
Really difficult to like this as hard as I try! Don’t really understand why they spice this with cumin flavours as they’re quite overpowering. It’s marketed as a London dry gin!
