O'ndina
Described as the "Spirit of the Italian Riviera", O’ndina Gin features a botanical selection that includes an array of Mediterranean herbs as well as basil and juniper. It's produced by the makers of Campari, so it seems only right to serve this in a Negroni!
Enjoyably savoury, with notes of thyme, fresh basil leaf and black pepper. Oily juniper and lemon verbena develop underneath.
