Nordés Atlantic Galician Gin is a rather intriguing Spanish gin made with an Albariño-grape-based spirit, rather than your more commonly seen grain-based spirit, along with 11 botanicals, including 6 local ones from Galicia such as eucalyptus, lemon verbena and samphire, which gives the gin a complex maritime quality. The result is a bold flavour profile that would befit summer drinks and cocktails. The bottle is quite stylish too - very impressive stuff!
Lemongrass and lavender, shortly joined by a slight hint of waxy lemon peel.
Mint leaf, black tea and more floral notes - think iris, violet and hibiscus.
Juniper makes itself heard on the finish, but for just a moment.

I'm a huge fan of Nordés Gin and I use it to make my favorite G&T. Goes with sliced grapes and bay leaf, with Fever Tree Mediterranean. Absolutely amazing!!
My cousin from AR introduced me to this when we were in Spain. We were going to make martinis then decided to try a sip first. WOW! We appreciated every last drop on its own, no mix, no fuss. Just perfection.
I first came across this Gin whilst on holiday in Granada. Our guide pointed it out to me and my wife, and informed us to give it a go. I had to admit, I wasn't a big Gin drinker before this, but with a premium tonic water, a few sliced red grapes, six or seven ice cubes all served up in a bulbous glass, it tasted very good. We bought a bottle for a friend who really is into his Gin, and has a mighty collection. He drank his first glass with a smile and informed us it was one of the best he had tasted. Give it a go, you decide.........
Am on my third bottle now and have been dishing this one out to everyone I know with an interest in gin, with everyone that's tried it there is an initial look of bemusement on first taste, then by the second taste they have figured out that this is truly an outstanding gin completely different to the norm. I work in a bar and I'm going to stock this one and I'll have no problem selling it "summer in a bottle"
